We started providing steel packages for our custom homes after repeatedly experiencing delays and problems with beams that didn't always fit well. This would mess up the framing schedule, which obviously snowballs into delays for the entire project. Adding the structural steel to the framing scope just makes the process more seamless. Having on staff welders and fabricating equipment keeps the schedule on track
